PRD Characters is a handy app designed specifically for players of the PRD (Pathfinder Reference Document) gaming system. It provides a comprehensive set of tools to create, level-up, and track characters with ease.

With this app, you'll have access to a wide range of choices and guidance for various aspects of character creation, including ability scores, class selection, race selection, feature choices, spells, and more. What sets this app apart is its pop-up menus that display the precise calculations behind the scores, allowing users to make their own adjustments as needed.

In addition to character creation, the app offers spell tracking functionality. It helps you keep track of your spell slots, prepare spells in those slots, and monitor which spells have been cast.

Another notable feature of PRD Characters is its ability to back up and sync your characters across multiple devices using Apple's iCloud, ensuring that you never lose your progress.

Furthermore, the app includes a die-roller tool that allows for standard and custom die rolls. This makes it convenient for any situation where dice rolling is required during gameplay.

The free version of the app allows users to create and level up characters up to level 4, using the Core Rulebook races and four basic classes: Fighter, Rogue, Cleric, and Wizard. However, upgrading to a subscription grants access to all the Core Rulebook and Advanced Player's Guide classes (excluding Loremaster and Pathfinder Chronicler) and allows character levels up to 20. Additionally, PRD Characters now supports races from the Advanced Race guide.

PRD Characters offers two Full Functionality Subscriptions: one for three months and another for one year. Payment is charged to your iTunes Account once you confirm the purchase.

Please note that these subscriptions are auto-renewable, meaning they will renew automatically unless you turn off the auto-renewal feature at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same charge as the initial purchase. Subscriptions can be managed by users, and auto-renewal can be turned off by accessing the user's Account Settings after purchase. If applicable, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription to that publication.
